Even though the property can be accessed via a conventional car, an SUV or 4x4 is recommended particularly during the wet season (May-October).
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience: 1-Bank transfer (domestic or international, depending on your bank) 2-Direct deposit into a local bank account 3-Electronic invoice payment (secure online payment link sent to your email) 4-Balance payment in person upon arrival (if previously arranged). A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and the remaining balance can be paid using one of the methods above, depending on your preference.
The villa is located in Colinas de Miramar, San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, inside a gated community with panoramic ocean, mountain, and city views. Detailed directions are provided after reservation confirmation.

The property can accommodate up to 8 guests, including adults and children (3+ years). Additional guests may be allowed for an extra fee up to a maximum capacity.
